Vinyl Tiles Replacement Miami

This project involved the removal of existing vinyl tiles and the installation of new vinyl tiles.

The work area was cleared of furniture and other obstruction and the existing vinyl tiles were carefully removed using appropriate tools, such as a scraper and heat gun then any remaining adhesive residue was scraped and cleaned from the subfloor.

The appropriate adhesive for the new vinyl tiles and subfloor type was applied evenly using a notched trowel, following the manufacturer’s instructions and the new vinyl tiles were carefully placed onto the adhesive, ensuring proper alignment with the reference lines and adjacent tiles.

Seams between tiles were sealed with a vinyl seam sealer to prevent moisture penetration and ensure a cohesive look, following the product instructions. Finally, any excess adhesive or debris was cleaned from the new tiles.
