This project involved the complete removal of two existing, outdated toilets and the professional installation of new, water-efficient units across the home.

Carefully disconnected, removed, and hauled away the two old toilets while shutting off and safeguarding the water supply lines.   Inspected the floor flanges and wax ring contact points to ensure a clean, stable, and level mounting base free of cracks or subfloor rot.

Installed new heavy-duty wax rings and secured both bowls to the floor flanges using balanced hardware, ensuring proper alignment to prevent any rocking or shifting. Assembled the insulated tanks, connected the internal fill and flush mechanisms, and mounted them securely to the bowls with leak-free gaskets.

Reconnected the supply lines using new flexible connectors, ensuring tight, leak-free seals at both the shut-off valves and the tank fill valves. Conducted multiple flush tests on both units to verify optimal water pressure, rapid tank refilling, and strong waste evacuation. Finally, applied a clean, professional bead of antimicrobial silicone sealant around the base of each toilet for structural stability and a finished aesthetic look.
