This project involved repairing damaged stucco on an exterior column and subsequently painting the area repaired to ensure a uniform and aesthetically pleasing finish.

The damaged stucco on the exterior column was thoroughly inspected to determine the extent and cause of the damage. Any loose or unstable stucco was carefully removed using a chisel, and the exposed substrate was cleaned of any dust, dirt, or debris to ensure proper adhesion of the repair materials.

A stucco patching compound formulated for exterior use and compatible with the existing stucco texture was carefully mixed. The patching compound was applied to the damaged areas using a trowel, ensuring it was level with the surrounding stucco.

The repaired stucco was allowed to cure and dry completely. Once the stucco repair was fully healed and dry, the entire surface of the exterior column was prepared for painting.
