Sink Installation Miramar, FL

This project involved the careful removal of an existing sink and its subsequent reinstallation. The reinstallation was performed due to was falling dow. The goal was to securely remount the sink and restore full functionality of the plumbing connections.

The work area was cleared and protected and the existing plumbing connections (water supply and drain lines) to the sink were carefully inspected before disconnection and the water supply to the sink was shut off.

The water supply lines and drain line were disconnected from the sink and the sink was lifted out of its opening, taking care not to damage it. Then, the sink and surrounding areas were thoroughly cleaned of any old sealant.

The sink was carefully repositioned into its original opening, ensuring proper alignment. New sealant was applied to the rim of drop in sinks or the underside of undermount sink and the original mounting hardware  was reinstalled and tightened to securely fasten the sink. Finally, the water supply was turned on, and both hot and cold water were run to check for leaks at all connections.
