Sofa Assembly Southwest Miami

This project involved the professional assembly of a new sofa, modular seating unit. he goal was to construct the furniture from its flat-pack components, ensuring a secure, stable, and aesthetically pleasing final product that was ready for immediate use.

The assembly area was cleared and protected with a blanket or cardboard to prevent any damage to the flooring or the sofa components. All parts and hardware were carefully unboxed and inventoried against the manufacturer’s parts list to ensure everything was present. All packaging materials were consolidated for later disposal.

Following the manufacturer’s instructions, the main frame of the sofa (including the base, back, and arms) was systematically constructed.All connecting hardware, such as brackets, bolts, and screws, was securely fastened. Special attention was paid to tightening all connections to ensure the frame’s integrity and long-term stability.

The sofa legs were attached to the base, ensuring they were all at the same height and securely screwed in place. The cushions were correctly positioned on the frame, and the pillows were arranged.

Finally, the entire sofa was checked for stability and a solid feel. All cushions were plumped and arranged to present the unit in its best possible light.
