This project involved the installation of a heavy-duty locking system, designed to provide a secondary layer of protection for main door.

The mounting surface was inspected for structural integrity to ensure the hasp would resist prying or forced entry. The hasp and staple were precision-aligned across the door and frame gap to ensure the lock shackle seats properly without binding. The hasp was secured using industrial-grade fasteners for a last long durability.

Professional leveling tools ensured the hasp remains perfectly horizontal, allowing the hinge to swing freely during daily operation. The staple (the looped part) was anchored deep into the frame substrate, providing maximum resistance against leverage tools.  A high-security padlock was fitted to the system, and the shackle clearance was verified to ensure easy user access while maintaining a tight security profile.

The system was cycled multiple times to confirm that the door opens and closes without interference from the new hardware. A final torque check was performed on all mounting screws to ensure long-term durability under heavy industrial use.
