Office Chairs Assembly in Miami, FL

The assembly of 04 ergonomic office chairs has been successfully completed. Each unit was built following a standardized process to ensure structural integrity, safety, and full functionality of the pneumatic and tilt mechanisms

All components (seat pans, backrests, gas lifts, five-star bases, and casters) were unpacked and inspected for defects. Hardware was sorted by size and type.  Heavy-duty casters were pressure-fitted into the five-star nylon bases then class 4 pneumatic gas cylinders were seated into the center hub.

Adjustable armrests were secured to the underside of the seat pans using high-tensile bolts and tilt-tension mechanisms were mounted and aligned with the pre-drilled reinforced holes. Backrests were attached to the seat plates, ensuring the lumbar support brackets were properly aligned.

The completed upper assemblies were mounted onto the gas lifts. Finally, post-assembly, each chair underwent a rigorous functionality check.
