The project focused on secure mounting and perfect alignment to ensure both the safety of the glass and the visual appeal of the display.

The exact height and spacing for each shelf were calculated based on the client’s preference. A laser level was used to mark the wall, ensuring each shelf would be perfectly horizontal. Using a stud finder, mounting points were identified to provide maximum structural support. Where studs were unavailable, heavy-duty toggle bolts were used to ensure a high weight capacity.

Specialized glass shelf brackets were securely fastened to the wall. Each pair of brackets was cross-checked for alignment to prevent the glass from wobbling or sitting unevenly. Then High-quality tempered safety glass panelwere carefully fitted into the mounted hardware.

he set screws on the underside of the brackets were tightened to lock the glass in place, preventing any sliding or tilting.  A light load test was performed to confirm that the brackets and anchors were securely seated and could safely support the intended items. Finally, all mounting screws were double-checked for tightness and the bracket covers were snapped into place for a seamless finish.
