Faucet Replacement Miami FL 33033

This project involved the professional replacement of an existing faucet with a new unit. he goal was to remove the old, faulty, or outdated faucet and install a new, fully functional unit, ensuring leak-free operation and enhanced aesthetics.

The water supply to the sink was completely shut off at the hot and cold water supply valves located beneath the sink or at the main water shut-off for the property. The mounting nuts or clips securing the old faucet to the sink or countertop were loosened and removed using basin wrenches or appropriate tools. The old faucet was carefully lifted and removed from its mounting hole.

The new faucet was prepared according to the manufacturer’s instructions  and silicone sealant bead was applied around the base of the new faucet  to create a watertight seal between the faucet and the sink/countertop. The new faucet was carefully positioned into the mounting hole from above.

Finally, the water supply was slowly turned back on, and all connections were meticulously inspected for any signs of leaks. Any minor leaks were addressed by gently tightening the connections. The new faucet was fully tested for hot and cold water flow and proper handle operation
