This project involved the systematic assembly and strategic placement of 10 heavy-duty industrial workbenches within a large-scale warehouse environment. The focus was on structural rigidity and optimal floor utilization for industrial workflow.

Managed the unboxing and hardware organization for 10 individual units, ensuring all structural components and fasteners were accounted for. Organized specialized industrial fasteners to ensure a streamlined assembly line process. Constructed the heavy-duty grey steel frames, ensuring all cross-beams and support legs were tightened to professional torque specifications.

Verified the structural stability of each chassis to ensure they can safely support heavy industrial equipment and materials. Securely attached the high-durability laminate tops to the metal frames, ensuring a flush and secure fit for a professional finish. Each unit was individually leveled to account for variations in the concrete floor, providing a perfectly flat surface for precision work.

Positioned the 10 units in organized rows to maximize floor space and facilitate easy movement between workstations. Finally, coordinated the placement of the benches relative to the yellow safety columns to maintain clear pathways and adhere to facility safety standards.
