This job involved the professional assembly of an ergonomic workstation, consisting of a motorized height-adjustable standing desk and a task chair.

Motorized Standing Desk Assembly :

The heavy-duty steel T-style legs and crossbar were securely bolted together, forming the structural foundation of the desk. The internal lifting mechanism and drive rod were carefully aligned and connected to the dual-motor system, ensuring synchronized height adjustment for both legs.

The digital height controller was mounted to the underside of the desk and connected to the power supply, allowing for programmable height presets and smooth transitions.

Ergonomic Task Chair Assembly :

The heavy-duty five-star base was fitted with smooth-rolling casters and the pneumatic gas lift cylinder. The breathable mesh backrest was securely attached to the cushioned seat pan using the provided steel brackets and adjustable armrests and the main tilt/tension mechanism were bolted to the underside of the seat, ensuring all ergonomic controls are easily accessible

The workstation was fully assembled, tested, and ready for immediate use, offering a clean and professional setup for the client.
