Drywall Repair Brickell, FL

Drywall repair for a condo residence at the SLS Lux on South Miami Avenue in Brickell. A damaged section of wall was cut back to solid board, and a new piece of drywall was fitted and secured to the surrounding framing.
The seam was taped and finished with successive coats of joint compound, each feathered wider than the last and sanded smooth between coats. The repaired area was left flush with the surrounding wall and primed-ready, so the existing paint could be matched with no visible patch line. Work was carried out inside an occupied high-rise unit, with floors and adjacent surfaces protected throughout and all debris removed the same day.
