This project involved the precision mounting of a curtain rod to provide a secure and stable support system for bathroom drapery without the need for permanent wall perforations.
Conducted precise measurements of the shower alcove width to ensure the telescopic rod was extended to the optimal tension range for maximum load-bearing capacity. The contact points on the high-gloss ceramic tiling were thoroughly cleaned and degreased to ensure the non-slip rubber end caps achieved a high-friction bond with the substrate.
Utilized a level to ensure the rod was mounted perfectly horizontal, maintaining a uniform aesthetic across the bathroom’s architectural lines.Calibrated the internal spring-lock mechanism to apply consistent outward pressure against the walls, ensuring the rod remains stationary under the weight of wet fabric or liner materials.
Performed a downward pressure test to verify that the tension pads remained secure and did not slide or shift against the tile surface.
