Concrete Repair North Miami Beach

This project involved a targeted repair of a small damaged concrete section. The job also included the replacement of two existing PVC drain pipes within or adjacent to the repair area.

The extent of the damaged concrete was assessed, and the locations of the two PVC drain pipes were identified. The damaged concrete section was carefully removed ensuring precise cuts to create clean edges for the new pour and the two existing PVC drain pipes were carefully cut and removed from their positions.

New sections of PVC drain pipe were precisely cut and installed, ensuring they were correctly sloped for optimal water flow and securely connected to the existing drainage system. New concrete was mixed to the appropriate consistency and poured into the prepared area. It was carefully worked into place around the newly installed PVC pipes, ensuring no voids.

The new concrete was leveled and smoothed using screeds, floats, and trowels to match the elevation of the surrounding existing concrete.The newly patched concrete was protected and allowed to cure for at least 48 hours to achieve optimal strength and durability and finally paint.
