Ceiling Drywall Repair Key Biscayne

This project involved the professional repair of a damaged section of a ceiling and the subsequent painting of the area to create a seamless, finished surface. The goal was to restore the ceiling’s integrity and aesthetics.

The work area was cleared and protected with drop cloths to contain dust and debris.  A new drywall patch was precisely cut to size and secured to the ceiling joists and all seams and screw heads were covered with drywall joint tape.  Several thin layers of  compound were applied over the tape and screw heads, with each coat allowed to dry completely before the next was applied.

The repaired area was wiped clean of all dust. the new drywall patch and the surrounding area were primed to ensure a uniform color and texture then two coats of high-quality ceiling paint were applied to the entire ceiling, seamlessly blending the repaired section with the rest of the surface.

Finally, all tools and materials were gathered, and the work area was thoroughly cleaned, leaving the space in a neat, finished condition.
