This small project focused on the precision resinstallation of a modern cabinet door, requiring technical hinge replacement to ensure proper clearance and smooth operation within a high-traffic kitchen area.

The reinstallation site was prepared by verifying the spacing between the dishwasher and the oven unit to ensure the door would operate without interference.The internal cabinet frame was inspected for structural integrity to ensure a secure anchor point for the heavy-duty hinge plates.

Two concealed European-style hinges were precision mounted to the interior of the wood grain finished door panel.The hinge plates were securely fastened to the cabinet gable, providing a stable pivot point for the full overlay door.  Multi-axis adjustments were performed on the hinges to ensure the door is perfectly plumb and level with the adjacent drawer fronts and appliances.

The reveal (the space between the door and the countertop) was calibrated for a uniform, professional appearance that matches the existing cabinetry
