Bifold Door Installation, Coral Gables

This project involved the professional installation of a new bifold door system. The goal was to provide a functional and space-saving door solution, ensuring smooth operation, proper alignment, and a clean, finished appearance.

The work area was cleared and protected with drop cloths.The door opening was meticulously measured to ensure it was plumb, level, and square, and that it met the rough opening requirements for the new bifold door system. Any necessary adjustments to the framing  were made to create an ideal opening.

The top track for the bifold door was precisely measured, cut to length, and securely installed into the header of the door opening. The bifold door panels were carefully lifted and inserted into the installed track and pivot hardware. The top pivots were engaged in the top track, and the bottom pivots were seated in their respective brackets then the doors were then tested for initial operation, ensuring they folded and glided freely.

Finally, extensive adjustments were made to ensure the bifold door operated perfectly!
