Art Surfboard Installation

This project involved the professional installation of a decorative surfboard as a piece of art. . The goal was to securely and aesthetically mount the surfboard to the wall transforming it into a prominent feature of the space while ensuring its stability and safety.

The optimal orientation  and placement of the surfboard were determined to best showcase its design and complement the room’s layout. The chosen location was meticulously measured to ensure proper centering and clearance from other objects. A stud finder was used to locate and mark wall studs or ceiling joists, as these provide the strongest and most reliable mounting points

The appropriate mounting hardware was selected based on the surfboard’s weight and the specific wall  material. Pilot holes were carefully drilled, and the mounting hardware was securely fastened to the wall or ceiling, with a level used to ensure perfect alignment.

The surfboard was carefully placed onto the installed mounting points. Final adjustments were made to ensure the board was perfectly level, centered, and securely seated on the hardware.
